[edit]

In the aftermath paragraph, CNN is cited using an article discussing the polices changes in training as a result of the massacre. ( "The police department increased training for special units and purchased more powerful firearms in order to better equip law enforcement to respond to scenarios of this magnitude." ) When opening this link ( I believe its no. 52 ) the page is blank, is there any other fitting article it could be replaced with? 212.219.255.65 (talk) 11:13, 9 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Works for me when I try and access it.--Kieronoldham (talk) 15:17, 9 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

There's a Five Nights at Freddy's fangame (Five Nights at Ronald's) that is based on this shooting

[edit]

Should we add it to the "Media" section of this article? 2804:29B8:509E:1D90:6028:3EF3:EC59:7CA9 (talk) 22:32, 10 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I need to fix multiple mistakes and/or misspellings on this page.

Not done: it's not clear what changes you want to be made. Please mention the specific changes in a "change X to Y" format and provide a reliable source if appropriate. Cannolis (talk) 09:32, 28 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]
The list of edits I wish to make: Under 'Murders' it is written, "…, all three hesitated, before Huberty shot the three boys…" which contains a redundancy with the word "boys.". Under the first part of 'Perpetrator' it is written, "…, being issued with a funeral director's license and, the following year, an embalmer's license." Which includes the misplacement of commas. Under "Perpetrator" in the "Marriage and Employment" section, it is written, "Shortly after his marriage, …" In which the word "marriage" can be followed by "began" to make it clear that he was still married at that time. Under "Perpetrator" in the 'Domestic Violence and Temperament' section, it is written, "…by reading playing or tarot cards." which contains misplacement of words and can be changed to, "…by reading, or playing tarot cards." I would also like to make edits on a couple of notes on the article. I also plan to soon re-read the article to ensure there are no more errors I wish to attend to, and I will follow up if needed. I do not believe I should need to provide any sources due to the nature of my request. Andersnedlam (talk) 11:41, 28 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]

The Browning HP was possibly automatic, modified by the gunman to be as such.

[edit]

This fact is corroborated by several sources, while contested in others. Most sources however do not specify whether the Browning HP was automatic or semi automatic. I'm going to remove the "semi automatic" aspect from descriptions of the pistol for the time being.
